DSKIN: Add a Pixel Cat Skin to the DeepSeek Harness Web Interface

DSKIN is a cute pixel-art web skin for DeepSeek Harness maintained by dancingmemory, licensed under MIT. It does not alter the original interface layout, only adding 1 to 4 pixel cats (orange tabby, white cat, black cat, calico cat) at the bottom of the page. The cats can walk around, interact, be dragged and hung upside down, and purr with heart emojis when petted. The paw panel in the bottom-right corner allows adjusting the number and breed of the cats. The installation command is `dsh plugin add github:dancingmemory/dskin`. It is recommended to add `--profile web` when using the web interface and restart `dsh web`.
